Rainbow cupcakes

Thought these were worth a post.

Saw a picture of rainbow layered cupcakes and had to give them a try!
I did not try all the colours for my test run but at least my colours did not blend and they were rather yummo!

Baked these last as a special request for a meeting today. Super soft vanilla cupcakes with double choc icing and grated chocolate on top....
